1. Please fill out the inquiry form with as much information as possible! This will help to expedite the ordering process :)  If you reach out Mon-Thurs you can expect to hear from us within 48 hrs. Friday-Sunday inquiries will be responded to by the following Monday. 

YES! That's the beauty of what we do! No trips to pick up balloons on the day of your event!  We will show up and bring the party!! Delivery fees will be applied to all orders depending on location of event. 

Any order less than $250 can be picked up in the Montrose area of Houston. (77006) We offer garlands for pick up that you can install yourself. We'll show you how and you'll have the option to purchase an installation kit! 

Please send inspiration photos to assist us with the creation of your perfect balloon dsiplay! Invitations, decor, and photos from the internet will help! We will try our hardest to match the color scheme with the balloons that are available! If need be, we are able to create custom colors for an extra fee. 

Our latex balloons are top notch quality and 100% biodegradable. We don't participate in balloon releases so we can help to protect the environment and all of the cute animals :) 

Balloon garlands can last days up to a month or more depending on various details. If your garland is outdoors it is NOT expected to last more than the day of your event.

*If your balloons are outdoors, is possible that some of your balloons may pop in the heat and unfortunately once we leave we are no longer responsible for the installation. 

*Please treat your balloons with care! The less you touch them the more likely they are to last! 

*Helium balloons can last 12 hours up to a week or more depending on the type of balloon and their location. Severe heat and severe cold will definitely alter their longevity
